education. He has done his BA with Industrial Sociology and Applied
Psychology (Organisational) securing 7th Rank to University and Gold Medal;
MSW (HRD), with first Rank and PhD (HRD area), with Scholarships, from
Karnatak University, Dharwad, India. He had several National Scholarships
for undertaking Research work. He is teaching for post-graduate MBA students
in the area of HRD, HRM, OD, OB and Corporate Restructuring and Leadership.
Traveled to different countries under different academic and research
assignments, which includes his recent aboard visit to Japan 2000, Thailand
2000, South Korea 2002, Hong Kong 2002, Singapore, 2003, Malaysia, 2003 and
Sri Lanka, 2003. He was at AJOY University, Suwon, South Korea with
Management department for Post Doctoral work discussion. He has published
more than 86 Research publications (1992-2003) in repute Research journals.
He keeps higher Research interests in Empowerment, HRD and HR strategies for
creating global organisation. He has been awarded and honored with best
Research paper publication by ISTD 2001. He is also working for his second
doctorate degree (PHD) in Management Sciences in the area of E M P O W E R M
E N T (registered Dec 1997-submitted Dec 2003). To the credit, has one
completed Major ICSSR research project and one AICTE underway.

Research work on Empowerment. He is honored with prestigious Associateship
of IIAS (2002-2004). He is trained at XLRI, Tatanagar (Jamshedpur) in
Management education area/FDP (XLRI is amongst the top 10 best Management
institute in India among the odd 800-management institutes-2001). He has
conducted various management development programs for varied professionals
in Empowerment, HRD and HRM area. He also has been Invited and delivered
series of special guest lecturer for Medical Officers at KMC-Karnatak
Medical College, Hubli, Karnataka State under Health and Family Welfare
Training Institute and trained more than 450+odd Medical Officers of Primary
health center(s) in focused HRD & Leadership area. Associated with CEDOK in
training the Government officials working at District level in Industrial
centers. He is also associated with ASC-Academic Staff College, Dharwad and
various Management institute. He is Advisor for Call center in training
trainees. He has guided more than 120 Academic Research projects of MBA
student (till 2003) in the area of HRD and OB. He is LIFE member for more
than different Professional Organizations in India and aboard. Recently, he
has been awarded the First BOLT-Best Teacher Award instituted by Air India-Deccan
